Getting onto the property ladder isn’t easy at the best of times, which is why first-time buyers might need all the help they can get.
The Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) is on hand to assist you at a free seminar if you’re hoping to buy Hawthorne real estate for the first time.
The event will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on 11 October at the REIQ on 21 Turbo Drive in Coorparoo.
You might also find it is worth attending if you’re an investor or otherwise interested in Queensland property.
Topics will include researching properties, current market conditions, analysis of the national and state economy and how to negotiate sales prices.
Acting Chief Executive Officer of REIQ Antonia Mercorella explained how previous seminars have been extremely popular, with some people even travelling from across the state to get to them.
It’s therefore essential that if you want to attend, you register your interest on the REIQ website.
Ms Mercorella said: “The seminar will address some of the key questions about buying property, along with practical advice to make the process as stress-free as possible.
“Buying a property is the biggest financial commitment most people will ever make and it’s essential to be fully prepared before taking on home ownership.”
