Bulimba real estate had a great weekend at auction, with Ray White Bulimba selling eight out of ten properties on Sunday (March 24).
Among these was a beautiful piece of Hawthorne real estate – a four-bedroom, two-bathroom property situated in one of the suburb's most popular locations, Lindsay Street.
Selling for $1.325 million, the house is just a short stroll to the Hawthorne CityCat and various parks, cinemas, cafes and shops.
Bulimba real estate on Duke Street also exchanged hands, marking the biggest value transaction on the day.
This 1920s three-bedroom and one-bathroom property sits on 1,012 square metres of prime real estate, fetching $1.35 million.
And one lucky buyer managed to secure a stylish five-bedroom house located at 8 Connah Street in Tarrangindi.
Offering a gourmet-sized kitchen, two bathrooms, separate powder room, an open plan lounge and dining room – the property was sold for $880,000.
Morningside real estate also went under the hammer, with a stunning four-bedroom option on Elwell Street, which seamlessly blends traditional and contemporary elements.
This two-level Queenslander went for $810,000 and is notable for its panoramic views from the rear of the property and a private cottage-style garden to the front.
