Finding that perfect job when you move into Morningside real estate is important for many people, and a planned local urban village could be just what you need to find that new opportunity.
A riverside development is being established at Yeerongpilly Green, which lies just 11 kilometres from Bulimba and offers a wide range of employment opportunities.
“Yeerongpilly Green is expected to generate approximately 180 jobs during construction and delivers on our government’s commitment to provide better infrastructure and planning in Queensland,” revealed the state’s deputy premier Jeff Seeney.
Once the village is up and running, there will be plenty of retail and commercial space, which in turn could create job prospects for people living in the region.
You can also expect to see parks, plazas and plenty of routes that are suitable for pedestrians and cyclists alike.
Of course, you could always take a look at what’s on your doorstep when you move to Morningside – nearby villages have plenty to offer residents so you should never have to stray too far.
Bulimba and Hawthorne, for example, are hailed for their village-like charm and contemporary features, as well as access to great services and facilities.
