The year 2015 marks 30 years in the real estate industry for George Trovas.
Commencing in 1985 at Ray White Paddington, he topped the highly competitive Westside Zone in Settled Sales in his first full quarter and thereafter remained a consistently high performer. George has been the recipient of many awards and has become recognised for achieving outstanding results through taking a well planned and thorough approach to marketing, and personal follow up. As well as owning 3 real estate offices during his career, George has regularly achieved record sale prices in successfully negotiating sales from market entry level to well over $5 million. In recent times, George’s recorded sales have ranged from $308,500 to $3.57 million George took on the responsibility of Queensland Business Development Manager and Chief Auctioneer for a large international franchise group. He assisted the group’s offices in training and with the implementation of systems and processes that enabled those offices to become amongst the leaders in their individual market place.

His impact on the market has been outstanding with successes that have included sales at $1,535,000, $1,710,000 and a record sale for a particular suburb of $1.5 million.
